A good protein diet with chicken, eggs etc… If parents are vegetarian, they need to sacrifice here for the calcium lost due to a non-diary diet
Burn the hyperactivity via swimming, cycling etc…
If socially challenging, try to expose them to regular school and normal kids
Horse riding as an activity
Fruits and vegetables should be fine
